A REMINDER TO RESIDENTS THAT CITY ORDINANCE REQUIRES RUBBISH FOR WEEKLY COLLECTION BE PLACED CURBSIDE NO LATER 6:30 AM THE MORNING OF SCHEDULED PICK UP.  THE CITY HAS CONTRACTED WITH A NEW COMPANY EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010 AND PICK UP TIMES MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN THEY HAVE BEEN.
