Properties with 4000 or more feet of impervious cover that take steps to mitigate the effects of stormwater may qualify for a stormwater fee credit.

To qualify for credits, a property owner must complete a stormwater service fee credit application and submit it to the Utility.

In addition to the credit application, the property owner will typically need to provide additional information to show the mitigation measures are properly designed and implemented. This additional information may include site plans, design calculations, as-built drawings, or other data. In some cases, documents may need to be signed and sealed by a professional engineer.
