Planning Board
The City’s volunteer Planning Board consists of seven regular members and one associate member, all of whom are appointed by the City Council. Each member serves for a three-year term. The Board’s charge is to develop the City’s Comprehensive Plan, to make recommendations on rezoning requests, and to approve subdivisions and site plans.
The Planning Board meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of Bangor City Hall.
