Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a full range of personnel services to employees, supervisors, and applicants through the fair and consistent application of City Personnel Rules and Regulations, City policies, established personnel practices, employment laws, and collective bargaining agreements.

The Division of Human Resources and Labor Relations is located on the 2nd floor of Bangor City Hall.  Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
