Public Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the City of Bangor is considering discontinuance of a portion of Summer Street. In accordance with 23 M.R.S.A. §3026, the City Engineer will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. EDT in the Council Chambers, Third Floor, City Hall, 73 Harlow Street, Bangor, Maine.
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the premises to appear at the time and place of meeting, if they see just cause then and there to be heard upon the subject.
