Agenda

1. Land Lease from Bangor Housing Authority for Communications Tower

A new communications tower is needed in order to improve Police and Fire communications near the Capehart neighborhood. BHA is willing to lease land on the corner of Davis and Ohio for this purpose at no cost to the City.

2. Government Access Channel Update

Staff continues to make adjustments to the video equipment used to broadcast meetings in an attempt to find the highest level of quality achievable with the current equipment.

3. Potential for Reduction or Elimination of Selected Police Services

As a result of rising expectations and responsibilities placed on police officers, the police department is considering changing, reducing, or eliminating certain duties which it currently performs. Attached is a list of potential changes that have been identified.
