Collection System Sewer Technician
The City of Bangor’s Water Quality Department, is currently
seeking to fill a full-time position of Collection System Sewer Technician in the
Sewer Maintenance division. The successful candidate will have the
ability to gain knowledge of operations, equipment and maintenance of a sewer
collection system. CDL license preferred or must be obtained within one year of
employment (City may provide CDL training courses). Computer skills and knowledge preferred. Collection System
Certification Grade I and NASCCO certification desired or ability to obtain
within 18 months of employment (training provided by the City). Ability to
respond to 24-hour-a-day emergency calls on a rotating basis.

Salary range is $19.16 to $28.23 per hour depending on NASCCO PACP/MACP and /or Collection System
