Firefighter/EMT - City of Bangor Fire Department
The City of Bangor, Maine Fire Department is accepting applications to fill multiple immediate openings for Firefighter/EMT. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be licensed as a Maine EMT (Paramedic preferred).
Bangor firefighters work an attractive two (2) rotating 24 hour shifts a week and have a highly competitive benefit package including:

Applicants must pass a written exam, practical medical knowledge test, a physical ability test, and psychological evaluation. Applicants who present a valid (within last 6 months) IAFF/IAFC Candidate Physical Ability Test card will be excused from physical ability test.

Pay ranges from $754.74 -$960.12/week ($39,246 -$49,926.24 annually).
