Civil Engineer 1

The City of Bangor Engineering Department is seeking qualified applicants to fill an opening for a Civil Engineer 1 (Project Engineer) position.  The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced team of professionals within the City’s Engineering Department that include highway and traffic design professionals, a licensed landscape architect, a storm water manager, project designer, construction inspector, GIS manager, and cost accountant. The City of Bangor’s Engineering Department works on a wide variety of infrastructure projects that include streets and intersections, city buildings, storm water and sanitary sewers, city parks, and sidewalks and trails.  Come be a part of a fun and dynamic team that design local projects and oversee their construction in the area that they live.  Come help and make the community better with important projects that you can be a part of.
