The Community Development Department works with residential contractors on a regular basis to provide low and moderate income homeowners with necessary improvements on their properties. The Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program provides home repair, including energy efficient upgrades, windows, doors, insulation, roofing, siding, and lead based paint remediation.
