State St. Storm Clean-Up in Progress

BANGOR, MAINE – City crews are in the process of detouring traffic away from the intersections of State, Exchange, and Harlow Streets. Heavy rains combined with ongoing construction have resulted in significant debris in this area. Please seek alternate routes when possible.

Please use caution on roadways with standing water. There are still areas in the City of Bangor that remain without power. If you see a downed power line: stay away, call 911, and Emera Maine. Never touch or attempt to move a downed line.
