FLOOD RISK: Kenduskeag Plaza and Penobscot Waterfront
Due to the combination of high tide and weather, there is the possibility of flooding this afternoon in the areas around the Kenduskeag Stream plaza, particularly parking areas located downtown on both sides of the stream, and near the Sea Dog on the waterfront. Please monitor local weather and NWS alerts and be mindful flooding of downtown parking lots is possible at the time of high tide, 1:47 this afternoon. City officials will be monitoring conditions in the area.
