Mobile App Overview / Documentation

The City of Bangor has a mobile app available to iOS and Android users. Go Bangor is intended to assist residents, visitors, and business owners in reporting issues to the City. Below are some screen shots of the mobile app with some help guides.

In order to submit a service request via the app, a user must create an account.  This account will not be shared with third parties and will be used to provide you with status updates of your request(s).

To submit a service request, launch the app, login and follow these instructions:
