Due to the severity and timing of the anticipated snow storm, all non-emergency City services will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, March 8, 2018. Those with WIC or other appointments at Public Health & Community Services should call 207-992-4530 and reschedule if necessary. The Commission on Cultural Development and Historic Preservation Commission meetings have been rescheduled to Thursday, March 15. Tomorrow’s snowfall is predicted to be heaviest from early to late morning, coinciding with morning commutes. The decision to close was made to ensure the safety of residents and city employees.

In addition, trash will not be picked up curbside tomorrow, Thursday, March 8. Trash pickup will resume on Friday, March 9. Residents that normally have trash picked up on Thursdays will have it picked up on Friday, those with a Friday pickup will have it picked up on Saturday this week.
