Vendor Registration

The City of Bangor is transitioning to an online vendor registration system. The online registration system allows vendors to self-select bid opportunities to be notified of and automates the bid notification process.

Vendors must supply a valid email address in order to receive e-mail notifications of bid opportunities and the City requests that vendors add to their address books to avoid e-mails going into junk or spam folders. In addition, bid opportunities will continue to be posted to our website at

It is the City's goal that this new system will ensure accurate and timely notification of all bids vendors are interested in receiving. If you have any questions, please email or call 992-4284.


Persons or companies interested in being added to the City of Bangor bid list can file this application with the City's Purchasing Department.  Should your information change, including change of name, address, phone number, email address, etc., please fill out this form again with the new information.  

The vendor application is provided as a courtesy only and an active application does not legally entitle a vendor to any particular solicitation.  Vendors must remain vigilant in checking legal notices on the City's website for requests.
