Phase 2 CSO Program
On April 15, 2010, the City of Bangor staff met with U.S. EPA representatives at EPA Region 1 offices in Boston to discuss the April 2009 Final Phase 1 Consent Degree Report and the future direction of Bangor’s 1991 Consent Decree and the Sewer / CSO Program.
In response, EPA sent to Bangor the following Section 308 Information Request dated May 28, 2010, which establishes the path forward.
The information requested by this letter will be the essence of Bangor’s Phase 2 CSO Program.
