Bangor Police arrested Michael Tuller, 74, and Richard Lee, 26, both of Bangor at a Maple Street residence on Wednesday, May 7th, after serving a search warrant as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
The Bangor Police Community Enforcement Team (CET) and Bangor detectives executed the warrant just before 10:00 a.m., looking for evidence of alleged drug trafficking as part of an investigation that has been going on for some time. Evidence was seized as part of the case and Tuller was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, Class A. Lee was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. Both were taken to Penobscot County Jail.
This case remains an open, active, and ongoing investigation.
