BANGOR, Maine - A Bangor man is facing charges after a concerned business owner contacted police after seeing an alleged assault on security footage.
Officers were called to a local business on Monday, August 11th, shortly before 7:00 p.m. after a person reviewing security footage observed what they believed to be a man assaulting a woman on the sidewalk in front of the business.
Officers recognized Anthony Sharp, 34, of Bangor from the video, and he was located and taken into custody on Aug 14 at approximately 3:30 p.m., and transported to jail.
Sharp was charged with domestic violence assault.
