SERVESTRONG is a health program that's offered to the Maine Municipal Association and other municipal associations across the United States by the National League of Cities. It's designed to provide first responders and their families access to web-based behavioral health services, which includes access to self-help resources for mental health awareness, substance use disorders, self-assessment checks and also access to establish a set of betterment priorities.
In addition to these services, first responders can participate in resilience training and therapy for trauma-based behavioral health conditions, 24/7 telehealth-therapy and text services that are all 100% confidential.
