The project includes a complete renovation of the first floor of Bangor City Hall to provide improved public access to City services as well as replacement of the existing elevator, and improvements to building security, heating, and cooling for the entire building.
A revaluation is the process of updating all property values in the City to reflect their current market value. The new values will reflect market value with an effective date of April 1, 2026.
