Paving operations are overseen by the Public Works Department, which is responsible for maintaining hundreds of miles of paved roads within City limits. This work is directed by Pavement Management Officer Greg Mitchell, who obtained his Paving Inspector Certification through the NorthEast Transportation Training and Certification Program.
