777 Ohio Street (Meadow Farm) Application - General Information

Land Development Permit approval for an amendment to previously approved subdivision located at 777 Ohio Street, Map-Lot R34-001-B. Amendment will reduce the total building footprint and total impervious area from the approved plans. With reduced building areas, the developed area was able to be consolidated. No change to the number of units, and total impervious area is reduced from 2.3 acres to 1.9 acres.
The property is governed by the requirements in the Low-Density Residential (LDR) District. Applicant, Glen Braley.
